There are 2 further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom which has a full sized bath and overhead shower, WC, bidet, hand basin and shaving point.

             All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes which have ample storage for all types of clothing. There are electric fans in each room for your comfort. The windows have shutters and mosquito netting, they can be opened fully to enable a comforting breeze and fresh air to enter the rooms.

             The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the equipment you will need for a comfortable stay. There is a new Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Electric Oven and Gas Hob, plus an Extractor Fan. There is a Microwave Oven, Large Fridge Freezer and plenty of storage by way of cupboard space and a hidden larder, to keep items cool.

             In the kitchen is an extendable dining table to accommodate all guests at meal time. The back door looks out over the adjacent olive grove of the rural area surrounding the villa.

             The lounge is a good size and consists of comfortable seating for 8-10 people, coffee table, Satellite TV, CD player with various CD's and DVD films for your use.

            Outside the villa, there is a huge area to relax in. Almost 4000 sq feet of land is ideal for children to play in safely. The whole area is enclosed by walls and fencing, with locked entrance gates, so you can be assured that your children can enjoy themselves running around while the adults can relax and enjoy the sun. The land has an abundance of trees and shrubs, including olive and lemons.

             The pool is a large 10 x 5 metres and is maintained twice weekly by our professional pool cleaner. The pool is kept to an immaculate condition to allow guests to thoroughly enjoy themselves during their stay. There are enough loungers, umbrellas and pool toys to enable guests to relax and enjoy!

             There are a large number of trees that surround the garden and pool area, so if the sunshine gets a little too hot, there is always shade not too far away!!
